1. Scope of Service

Cristalino Pools LLC provides custom pool construction, renovation, and outdoor living design services. All projects are subject to a separate, signed written contract which supersedes any information found on this website.

2. 3D Designs and Intellectual Property

All 3D renderings, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Cristalino Pools LLC. 3D designs provided during the consultation phase are for visualization purposes and remain our property until a construction contract is executed.

3. Website Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, the colors and textures shown in digital gallery images or 3D renderings may vary slightly from physical materials due to screen settings and natural stone variations.

4. Estimates and Consultations

Initial “Free Consultations” and digital quotes are estimates only. Final pricing is determined by site conditions, material costs at the time of signing, and engineering requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cristalino Pools LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website. All construction-related warranties and liabilities are governed by the specific terms of the individual project contract.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
